Fix That Stiff Neck With Posture Pump®!

Disclosure: “This is a sponsored post for Posture Pump®. I have been compensated through the Chronic Illness Bloggers network. All opinions remain my own and I was in no way influenced by the company.”

Posture Pump Disc Hydrator® products are manufactured by Posture Pro, Inc., a U.S. based company established in 1994 in Huntington Beach, California. While analyzing spinal x-rays (static and fluoroscopic), MRI's and CT scans of over 16,000 patients during their treatment, an undeniable connection between postural curve loss and early degenerative joint changes was found. Among common complaints among patients were neck pain and stiffness, back pain and stiffness, headaches and nerve pain.

Commonly used traction devices did not expand the discs properly and further compromised the natural postural curves. Out of necessity, Expanding Ellipsoidal Decompression (EED®) via Posture Pump® was born. High level joint separation was achieved under EED® by expansion of expansion of elliptical air cells into the lordotic curves of the neck and back.  Neurosurgeon C. Norman Shealy, M.D. says, “Considering the cost, effectiveness and ease of therapy, Expanding Ellipsoidal Decompression (EED®) via Posture Pump®  appears to be the first choice for treatment of cervicogenic pain and cervicogenic headache.”

Everywhere you look you will see people looking down into their smartphones. Texting and frequent smartphone use can cause painful neck and upper back stiffness, headaches and fatigue.  Forward Head Posture (Tech Neck) is damaging the necks and backs of our younger generation!  Tech devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers, gaming, force youngsters forward and down, chronically compressing discs and joints at the critical developmental stage.

Hunched posture, chronic headaches and spinal degenerative changes common in the elderly, are now seen in early life! Posture Pump® was invented to counteract these and other harmful postural positions.  These natural spinal curves of the neck and back are essential.  Without them, weight is forced onto the soft disc tissue, crippling normal biomechanics and facilitating degenerative joint disease.

The Posture Pump® Dual Disc Hydrator® (Model 1400-D) is Posture Pump®'s most comfortable neck model available without a prescription.

"Upgraded from the Model 1100-S to decompress in two areas with even more comfortable corrective deep relief! Two uniquely angled EED® air cells* decompress and shape the neck and upper back (hump region) to relieve compressive forward upper body posture.New Comfort Visor™ gently molds to the shape of the forehead (no chin or jaw contact). Does not hyper-extend the neck. Operating at moderate pressure levels, the “Dual” provides extremely comfortable disc decompression & hydration while shaping and restoring the proper neck curve."
